The staff provided poor customer service and were unfriendly, insisting I pay despite my brief stay in a disgusting room. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The initial check-in was abrupt, with unfriendly staff handing over my room key without requesting any personal information. The room had a horrific smell reminiscent of human feces, and I couldn't tolerate it for longer than a few minutes. I was shocked that they demanded payment for the room after I left, especially given the conditions. On the other hand, I did appreciate the amenities offered at the second hotel I stayed at, particularly the all-inclusive dining and the large pool, which were quite satisfying. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag, with an incredibly poor first hotel and a better second one.
